Iconiclinx provided management services to director Elegance Bratton, now known for his award-winning autobiographical work, The Inspection. Variety Magazine named him as “10 Directors to Watch” in 2023.  

Dale launched Elegance’s directorial career by specifically producing relative   career development strategies. She also served as Executive Producer to his first post-graduate professional works, My House and Pier Kids.

My House, Vice TV’s 10-episode docuseries, excitingly exclaims stories about the bodacious ballroom circuit culture in New York City. The series received Cannes’s Mipcom Diversity Award and was a GLAAD Media Award nominee. Described by the New York Times, as “…following in the footsteps of Jennie Livingston’s groundbreaking 1990 documentary Paris is Burning.” The show explores an intimate portrayal of the real-life dramas of the house-ballroom circuit, with its influence felt in fashion, pop music and television. Pier Kids, a feature length documentary surrounding the lives of homeless, queer youth in New York City’s West Village, aired on POV and won an Independent Spirit Award in 2021.
